Pentland Poultry

Hello my name is Peter and i have kept poulry for many years but have just started showing them.

I have just recently purchased lots of breeding stock.

Pentland Poultry is situated in Caithness. All my breeds are 100% pure, Most of my poultry are show quality.

I have enjoyed going to my local poultry shows and doing well, winning lots of prises, I have been going down to the Scottish National  Poultry show for two years now and have met lots of people who I have been sharing tips with!

I only hatch poultry  just before and during sping so that I can easily sell what I have got left, at the sale in Dingwal the following year as I do not like keeping allot of poultry over the winter. I take all of my chickens into a big shed [with lots of individual pens to keep their breed pure] in the winter as being this far up north it is very cold, however when their is good weather my birds have lots of space to run around and be compleatly free range.

I sell Pairs or trios of breeding stock of all breeds and occasionally single pullets or cocks, However I do not have many poultry so the numbers are limited.
